They of course are charged with raising the funds to provide that service. So, how do fund-raisers convince the trustees that social media will work for them? There was enough well thought through theory to know what to do and why you would be doing it whilst offering an opportunity to make a practical start on your first blog entry supported by very valuable feedback. I gave the course a 10 out of 10 because I couldn't think how it could be better! I found this course really informative and useful.
