This session has been specially designed to introduce business owners and managers to the power of social networking. Most businesses have the feeling that they ought to be able use tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter to promote their business more effectively, but really have no idea where to start.

This workshop will guide you through some quick and easy steps you can take almost immediately to:

- Build a Facebook Page
- Create an effective LinkedIn profile
- Use Twitter to broadcast information out to a wider audience
- Incorporate YouTube into your marketing mix

You will go away from the session with some techniques that are easy to apply and with the start of a basic strategy to promote your business more effectively in these online networks.

Please feel free to bring a laptop (with wireless capability) along as there will be practical exercises to do that will get you started BEFORE you leave the workshop. If you don't have a laptop, don't worry, the exercises are easily done on paper and you can transfer them later.

Every attendee will leave with a comprehensive booklet that takes them step by step through the fundamentals discussed.
