Steve and I launched Internet Mentor on 1st July 2009.  A completely crazy idea to mix the best of web design content managment systems and social marketing in a single, easy to use website for small and medium sized businesses.

The idea was simple really.  Why have a website?  Go on, can YOU answer the question?

In truth not many businesses can answer the question and that’s because many businesses don’t see any real and tangible business benefits to having one.  And yet, Steve and I both know how powerful a medium the Internet can be, when used in the right way, to drive growth in businesses.  Why do we know this, because we both run successful businesses online.  In fact one of mine has been up and running since January 1997 and now works with anything up to 200,000 people every month – using exactly the same technology we’ll be using for our clients here at Internet Mentor.
