Ordering Online with me is safe and secure! I employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. I do not hold any of your credit card information on any part of this web site or on our shopping cart either. All credit card transactions are managed by PayPal.

I encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on this site. If you wish, you may also send me a cheque, but this will delay your order as I will wait for your funds to clear before shipping any merchandise to you.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform me within seven days of your receipt of the goods and return them to me and I will give you a full refund of the cost of the item, unfortunately I’m not able to refund the cost of postage. Alternatively I will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and I am notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product.  If you have simply changed your mind, I will accept a return of books only in their original condition, providing you pay for return postage, in addition to this I will refund the cost of the product but not the cost of postage/delivery. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Delivery Information

Most products ordered through this site are delivered by electronic download. You should, in most cases, be able to download your book almost immediately payment has been cleared. In cases where the technology does not work as expected, please email me and I will resend the book to you as soon as possible. All ebooks are delivered in PDF format, therefore a PDF reader is essential to be able to read and/or print the books. For other products delivery costs are variable and are dependent on the size, weight and destination of the item. Customers can expect to receive their goods within 28 days of order depending on the delivery service chosen by the customer at the time of order.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Payment

All Internet Mentor accounts are subject to our Terms of Payment as set out below.

All invoices are subject to payment within 7 days of issue.
Payment is to be made to our nominated bank account as notified on the invoice.
Payment date by bank transfer will be date of value into receiving bank account.
Date of receipt of valid cheque will be recognised as payment date unless subsequently dishonoured.

If payment is not made when due Internet Mentor, or its appointed collection agents, may, without prejudice to its other rights, charge interest at the rate of 2% above the base rate of Abbey Bank PLC on any amount you fail to pay from the date when payment was due until the date of actual payment. Should Internet Mentor Management refer your account to a collection agency (which may be an associated company of Internet Mentor Management or firm of solicitors or other agency), then Internet Mentor Management will also add a referral fee to the amount owing. The current referral fee is £200 (+VAT, if applicable). Internet Mentor Management also reserves the right to continue to add late payment charges, monthly, at the increased rate of 3.5% of the outstanding balance or £15 per month (whichever is higher), until payment is received for the outstanding debt. Late payment charges will be levied after, as well as before any judgment if court proceedings for recovery are instituted.

If you have ordered a one-off service from Internet Mentor, such as Training you will be invoiced after the training has been delivered.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 7 working days where possible) and they will be handled confidentially,and effectively.
